How This Started

I spent eight years in construction, watching how jobs got done. I learned what precision looks like, how planning prevents disasters, and that most problems come from rushing. But when my wife and I needed work on our own place, we kept running into the same wall: contractors who showed up late, cut corners, or disappeared halfway through.

My wife had spent a decade managing customer relationships. She understood what people actually needed—not to be oversold, but to be heard and to know someone cared about getting it right. We realized we weren't frustrated with construction itself. We were frustrated that nobody seemed to bring both halves together: the craftsmanship and the human side.

In 2021, we decided to do it ourselves. Not because we needed another business. Because we couldn't find one that worked the way we believed work should happen.
